About us
In 2017, Chris Rountree (Frontline Maverick’s owner) stumbled upon two traits he noticed leaders fell short on. From there, he discovered a way to simply leadership into an actionable movement and deliver real value and results for people to lead and win with excellence.
All of the core knowledge, experience, and skills he learned during 17 years as a law enforcement officer, sergeant, and lieutenant. Christ spent most of his time in field operations as a Field Training Officer, SWAT Officer, the promoted to overseeing SWAT, Dignitary Protection, the Motor Unit, Hostage Negotiators, the Drone Team, the Warrant Team, The Tactical Fitness and Wellness Team, command of many major events, and much more.
Chris accredits his Masters Degree from Dallas Baptist University coupled with his intimate and intense leadership experiences of leading small to large teams and missions for his deep understanding of leadership. He then spent approximately four years developing these ideas into a successful business which allows him to step into a deeper calling and as a force multiplier to give back to the community of professionals he loves to serve.
Chris started Frontline Mavericks because he can’t stand bad instructors and wants to help others progress our frontline community with excellent training, education, ideas, solutions, and resources.
